Steak are good, service great!

Dinner here tonight with gf and her family. Total of 5 peoples. Maybe today is Chinese winter comes. Not much peoples waiting. Me and her brother order the Escargot set. Have half Doz of escargot, soup and siron steak HKD$148/set. Gf and her dad order The rib eye set with 酥皮鱼翅汤 HKD$230/set. And her mom order a soup HKD$38 with black pepper steak HKD$152. My gf love 罗宋汤, so I have her 酥皮鱼翅汤 and she have my 罗宋汤. 酥皮鱼翅汤 are very good. Got so many things like ham, chicken and ofcause abit of 翅. But t

My gf love 罗宋汤, so I have her 酥皮鱼翅汤 and she have my 罗宋汤. 酥皮鱼翅汤 are very good. Got so many things like ham, chicken and ofcause abit of 翅. But the 罗宋汤 not so good because the tast not strong enough. But its full of vegitable. The escargot and the mash potato at the bottom tast nice! Bread as other's said its not hot enogh but it tast ok. Here comes the steak. Rib eye comes with no sause but it tast just fine! Because they have put salt on it before cooking. But the siron steak and black pepper steak are abit salty because with sause. But tast good because the steak quality are good. Then we end it with 火焰雪山. It tast ok and looks very good. All other tables are watching when it serve on our table. Over all the food are good, can be here again to try other food on their menu.
