During the restaurant week hosted by DiningCity, we came here for a four-course dinner at $680/person. We were first welcomed by a basket of sourdough paired with homemade butter. I was so hungry and ate half of it. Their starters, soup and dessert were quite good actually but their steak was a disappointment. Would have picked another main - red prawn linguine instead.🥂Dry Aged Beef Tartare Filled with puffed beef tendon and topped with egg yolk gel and caper berry, the seasoning was just right
🥂Dry Aged Beef Tartare
Filled with puffed beef tendon and topped with egg yolk gel and caper berry, the seasoning was just right and went perfectly with the crispy chip together.
🥂Lobster Bisque
A piece of tiny lobster and some caviar was prepared already before pouring the hot soup in. The caviar taste was gone for sure but the soup was really intense and rich. Love it!
🥂USDA Nebraska Ribeye 10oz
Liked the grilled asparagus more than the steak. Though I asked for medium, it was not tender and juicy at all. Had a hard time chewing it.
🥂Vanilla Tonka
Always happy to have a fulfilling dessert to wrap up the dinner. Loved the combination of hazelnut sponge, vanilla tonka cremeux, vanilla coffee chocolate cremeux and almond hazelnut praline together. It’s also so sweet of my friend to ask them to decorate a birthday note on it.
It’s a nice restaurant with spacious setting, quiet environment and friendly staff. But they really need to improve the quality of steak.
