Not fancy with fried chicken that I tried last time, trying the stew chicken this time. A bit tasting like the sweet and spicy curry chicken in Protugual style, not bad but seem not very matchy with the sausage and noodle... If the chicken are fried before cooking with those creamy sauce, that may taste better.
