木糠布丁The body of such pudding is obviously cream based, but this was way too creamy. In fact, it was like eating plain whipped cream. There was also not enough ‘sawdust’, which to me is the essence. Unlike the butter cookies sold at this bakery, which are decent and reasonably priced, this pudding is not recommended.
