This sounded promising, but somehow the Pancetta flavour was overwhelmed by the sour tomatoes, and the truffle influence was muted. Needs more balance. Could have been great. ~ 6/10

Haven't seen this for a while now, but it was one of the BEST dishes here. With fatty and meaty sardines, served with a capers mayo and tomato sauce. Hope they bring it back 1 day. ~ 9/10

A bit ordinary. Not much sophistication in terms of recipe. But edible. ~ 6/10

This was great. everything worked well together. The truffle paste butter with the runny egg-yok was a match in heaven. The twin asparagus sprigs were cooked well and not fibrous. Addictive stuff especially with the salty pork neck. *Asparagus are not in season in the Northern Hemisphere but they can be sourced down South, but it works well with the truffle component somehow. ~ 9/10

Pastas here were never that great, but as time goes by it has improved!! The linguine was finally not limpy but cooked spot-on, and for the price a lot of prawn was given. The Radicchio and Basil balanced the meal. This was quite good and didn't tasted all localized Hong Kong at least by execution. Good job. ~ 7.5/10

Overall, you can spend under $100-$150 per person here on average, and there is no 10% surcharge. The food is done adequately but not exceptional, but then again as a Caffe, it was always meant to be daily approachable!
