📍Master HuenBack at Master Huen for their signature dish: fried monster mantis shrimp. Second time back and the size and quality maintains the same. Tried their fried garlic and spring onions crab. It’s a better version than 喜記 but 六福 is better in seasoning.
Two pleasant surprises are their 油鹽水花甲 and 豉油王炒麵. 油鹽水花甲 was very peppery and warming. I like it better than the 王酒煮雞. 豉油王炒麵夠乾身同有鑊氣 👍🏻
Overall, Master Huen is a place to try if you love mantis shrimp! Love their family style care. Mrs Huen is a delight to speak to! She called early in the morning just to make sure the seafood that I ordered is ok! So much effort and care! Love her! ❤️
Seafood needs to be preordered and they only accept cash!
