As every Hong Kong-er knows, there are alot of ramen shops around in Hong Kong thus i will not be able to try all. As my wife do not like to eat ramen, i can only eat them while she was not free. After meeting my client, it was already after lunch hour. I just walked around and saw this little ramen eatery.It was located near Tsim Sha Tsui east MTR and along those busy streets of shopping mall. It was all bar table setting and can sit for 12 diners. Their menu is very basic and straight-forward

Their menu is very basic and straight-forward. For their ramen, there is only a choice of pork bone broth and shrimp with pork bone broth. As for their side dishes, it was also only 2 choices: gyoza and salad. If i order both side dishes and ramen together, the price will be cheaper.
As the shop stated, their soup does not contain any milk or MSG. There is instruction to teach diners how to make their ramen tastier as well.
Lobster crab salad - I was quite surprised that this side dish turn out to be quite nice. Few pieces of seaweed were provided so that i can wrap those meat in it. Lobster and crab meat was fresh and was soft.
Shrimp with pork bone broth ramen - There were alot of ingredients in the ramen: slices of pork meat, corn, soft boiled eggs and shrimps as well. The texture of the ramen was ok and the pork meat was both lean with a bit of fat. Soft boiled eggs were really soft and the egg york was lava.
