Ummm where's my raw beef? 🤔A chic pho place where you can customize your pho like most ramen shops with an order form. I got the raw beef (HK$88) with tripe (+$12) and beef balls (+$12), but I was disappointed with thin strips of fully cooked beef that I got for the price. Broth and noodles were pretty good but could be more flavorful as well. Also didn't think that the brass spoon was practical for eating soup noodles since it was hard to scoop anything onto a flat soup spoon - a little bit of

Broth and noodles were pretty good but could be more flavorful as well. Also didn't think that the brass spoon was practical for eating soup noodles since it was hard to scoop anything onto a flat soup spoon - a little bit of style over substance if you ask me. Bun Cha is still my fave place for pho in HK at only $68!
