My husband and I had the pleasure of dining at a sea view restaurant on a rainy day. As we entered the restaurant, we were greeted by the warm and cozy atmosphere. We were seated at a table with a stunning view of the sea, even though the rain was pouring outside, the view was still breathtaking. We perused the menu and were immediately drawn to the Pan-seared French Seabass with Tibetan Saffron Sauce and Grilled Japanese Hokkaido Pork Ribeye with Mustard Seed Sauce. We perused the menu and were immediately drawn to the Pan-seared French Seabass with Tibetan Saffron Sauce and Grilled Japanese Hokkaido Pork Ribeye with Mustard Seed Sauce. We also decided to try the Baileys cocktail, which seemed like the perfect drink to complement our meal.Our food arrived, and we were blown away by the presentation. The Pan-seared French Seabass was cooked to perfection, with a crispy skin and a tender, flaky center. The Tibetan Saffron Sauce was the perfect complement, with a delicate balance of sweet and savory flavors. The asparagus added a nice crunch and freshness to the dish. It was a delicious and well-rounded meal.
The Grilled Japanese Hokkaido Pork Ribeye was equally impressive. The meat was cooked to a perfect medium-rare and had a nice char on the outside, adding a smoky flavor to the meat. The Mustard Seed Sauce was tangy and slightly sweet, perfectly complementing the richness of the pork. The dish was served with a side of roasted potatoes and sautéed mushrooms, which added an earthy flavor to the meal.
We sipped our Baileys cocktail(it is named the mistress on the menu), which was creamy and smooth, with a hint of coffee flavor. The drink was perfectly balanced, and the ice kept it cool and refreshing. The view from the restaurant was stunning, even though it was raining outside, the view was still breathtaking. The combination of the delicious cocktail and the stunning view made for a truly memorable dining experience.
The service at the restaurant was exceptional. The staff was attentive and made sure that we had everything we needed to enjoy our meal and drinks. They were knowledgeable about the menu and provided excellent recommendations.
