after the dull and boring chocolate monthly special cake from mandarin cake shop,i was super very excited to try this new pastry item from sift today! it was called "Summer cherry and peach verrine",which looked so similar to that small dessert cup in the high tea set of the lounge in four seasons hotel,but this one was much more perfect for summer! paying much more than other pastry items in sift,you can take away the beautiful glass.the peach gelee was not too sweet but refreshing,cheese balan

cheese balance so well with thin sponge and raw cherries, crunchy almond crumble made a feeling like enjoying cherry cheese cake!
