For our 2 Sunday set lunch at Nobu we had a choice of 8 appetizers to choose from which basically meant all the choices in the menu. My absolute favorite is this sweet shrimp tartar with caviar. Imagine fresh raw shrimp that's so sweet & a bit sticky with a mildly spicy dressing. I wish I ordered two of this instead of the toro tataki which was my next fave. There rest were new style uni & snapper sashimi, scallop sashimi, crispy chicken bao, smoked duck and lobster lettuce cup. Actually every

We also had the black cod, king crab tempura, unagi hitsumabushi & sushi assortment. For dessert I chose the apple crepe soufflé and patisserie corner. Both were just ok.
