This is a brand new restaurant in Mong Kok. The location was a little weird as it's inside bar Pacific. However, as soon as you go go down, the place is definitely a hidden gem! It is in the lower ground floor and It is extremely spacious and even have a pool table. The staff was friendly and the food was quick. First of all the Vietnamese coffee was extremely well dosed : just the right quantity of coffee/milk/sugar to make a perfect coffee.
The Chicken wings were perfectly fried and the skin was crispy while the inside was super tender.
The spring rolls tasted exactly like the ones we have tried in Vietnam and they were really delicious.
As for the pho, I have to admit that I have not had anything so close to the pho we used to have in Paris in a long time. This brought back so many memories !
This place is really comfortable and the boss is very friendly and knowledgeable.
It is a must go if you want to try authentic Vietnamese food. We will definitely go back !
