A brad new restaurant opened in TST East. Me and my colleagues are intrigue by this as we are both beef lovers. The new space is expected to be clean and neat with an easy-to-read menu. Curry Ox Tongue with Rice $48A few carb base can be chosen and I have chosen the very classic rice to go with the ox tongue curry. The heat from the hot oil and the curry itself could make you sweat but it was not too hot. The mixed curry aroma was beautifully done. A surprisingly good bowl of curry. You can even see the curry paste from the bowl. Besides, the potatoes are cut in big pieces and they are cooked until very soft, somewhat in between a powery and firmed texture.
