Abalone - Very juicy & tender. A unique freshness and taste of the sea. Superb. Shark fin with crab meat - Tastes unbelievably rich with a nice mix of freshness and sweetness. Sea cucumber - That's definitely the best I've ever had. The jelly like sea cucumber's actually quite meaty and very juicy. It's elastic and still kind of melts in your mouth.Stir-fry scallop and asparagus - Scallops, though gotta b frozen ones, taste fresh n sweet. The XO sauce added some spice to the whole thing. Lovely.

I dun usually drink tea but they do serve pretty gd chinese tea.
The luxurious cars and guards waiting next to the entrance are kind of a symbol of the restuarant and its renown.
