Cosy little restaurant with a nice local Japanese feeling, nice lighting and atmosphere.I ordered the original with pork shoulder and cabbage.The broth was silky smooth with so much flavour in every mouthful. The pork shoulder was tender and melted in the mouth. I asked for level 2 spice and it was the perfect amount! I also had an egg on the side which is incredibley soft but holds together well and the flavour is just superb! A little sweet and a little sour. Highly recommended.
