Quarry Bay has just launched a new Modern Sustainable Food Hall that serves Celebrity Chefs Dishes. This modern food court, with over 300 seats, cooks every dish to order, from a centralised green kitchen and using traceable, often organic and regenerative farmed ingredients. There are a lot of different variety of food to pick including exclusive items and nostalgic street food from over 50 well known international brands including some Michelin-starred chefs, all targeting to be below 100 HK dollars which are value in price. They also offer draft beer, natural wines and sake which are suitable for happy hour!


We picked KINSCOMBO set 🧑🏻‍🎄which included Japanese Style Rotisserie Quarter Chicken, Roasted Sweet Potato with Okinawa Black Sugar Butter, Sweet & Sour Brussel Sprouts and Xmas dessert. This only cost us $208pp. With this price, we think it was totally fair. The chicken was juicy and tender.


We picked KIN Sushi 🍣 which was responsibly sourced fish nigiri. It had 8pcs with $138. This plate consisted of an assortment of nigiri sushi with responsibly sourced king salmon, yellowtail and scallop in different variation like spicy mayo and yuzu miso. The fish was very fresh and love their plating as well. Very presentable indeed.


Also, we picked their Lobster Bisque Laksa ($98). I really loved the soup base of this laksa. A fragrant lobster bisque is combined with laksa paste and coconut milk to create a flavourful broth. It has squid, prawn and mussels etc.


Since @kinfoodhalls opens from 11am to 10pm on weekdays and 11:30am to 10pm on Saturdays. I think I will definitely come again with friends and try their clay pot rice during winter!!🧣
