Tapas time!
Tomato cream striploin carpaccio
The tomato cream was rich and savoury! The beef was a bit too chewy that it was so different from the carpaccio I used to have! Maybe it’s the Spanish way of doing it?
Bikini
It’s a Spanish sandwich, toast with ham, melted cheese and truffle butter!! I just love cheese and ham too much that whatever toast is with these, just throw them to me!
Spanish omelette
Runny egg in the inside, mixed with cubes potatoes, quite fluffy! Topped with fried calamari and tomato sauce to add a little excitement to every bite!
Duck Cigar
These creative pieces were like the Chinese spring rolls. To get a little more flavour, dip deep down into the garlic mayo!
Gambas Al Ajillo
Shrimp and homemade noodles! They called it noodles!! Yes the round noodles! Sticky, chewy, glutinous! Cute

The two paella were creamy and fulfilling! I liked the chicken one more, it was more flavoury and creamier! The risotto (the chicken one) was softer and socked all the stock up!
Churros
How could a Spanish night end with churros! Pour the chocolate sauce over my just out from the frier hot churros!! Overjoyed!
