Usual dinner after work to catch up with my cousins. Chose a restaurant close by, didn’t expect much, but...IT WAS SOOOO GOOD!All in all, we had a pesto pasta, a salmon and a pork, trffule fries and creme brulee to end. Everything was served fresh and hot, staffs were very friendly and welcoming, atmosphere was perfect! Going into the details, pasta was flavourful with generous pesto and pine nuts. The salmon - was bomb! Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside. Sides were interesting too - diced avocados and watemelon! Salmon was in great portion, enough to serve 3 of us. Truffle fries came at the same time, thin ones, quite good too.
The pork took quite a while cuz it was a popular choice around the restaurant. But worth the wait! That slow cook texture, still very moist as a pork. Potatoes on the side were ok.
Creme brulee is a miss tho, first it was cold on the inside, second it just tasted like custard, mouthfeel was too creamy, but not eggy enough. But the mains were all fab!
