Third time at Moshi Moshi for their quality sushi and lunch sets at fairly reasonable prices 👍🏻 We were most pleasantly surprised by how good their onsen-egg ox tongue donburi was! That yolk was beautiful and the ox tongue pieces were tender and flavourful. Their ox tongue was braised rather than grilled, and hence didn’t feel as oily or fatty, which was perfect for me. The donburi also came with chawanmushi (Japanese steamed eggs), miso soup and edamame, and was priced at around HKD 70, which was quite a bargain really considering the quality of the food and the quiet environment of the restaurant.
As for sushi, we went for the yellowtail (HKD 16 each), roasted cuttlefish (HKD 20 each) and red shrimp (HKD 28 each), all of which were 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
