After the Sushiro's Jordan branch closed down, I always crave for sushi from Sushiro. This is because Sushiro always strives to serve the best quality of sashimi and sushi. You might know it might be a headache to get a ticket, but no worries, you can leave and come back to the restaurant. This is what we did, we went back to the hotel and chill for an hour before coming back for our table (Hopefully, they will launch the live youtube channel for Live ticketing soon). Everything is easy! You order from the ipad, dishes will be delivered to your seat with your designated conveyor belt. We ordered around 20 dishes in total.
Assorted Tempura
They are freshly deep fried. The batter is light and airy. |
Was expecting a tempura dipping sauce that comes with it, but they didnt provide that.
Fatty salmon is always my favourite. A good salmon sashimi is a bit buttery, it kinds of melts in my mouth.
The other better nigiri would be the cheese salmon! Grilled cheese coated on top of the salmon slices.
Overall, very high quality sushi at a very reasonable price! HK people's forever favourite when they miss Japan!
