Local restaurant in Taipo that has been on my bucket list for a while. Signature wasabi sauced chicken mixed with jelly fish, the sauce is almost like an adrenaline to your mouth and nose given that they dont go easy on the wasabi haha. Clams with tom yam soup, the soup is rich in flavour and clams are surprisingly fresh! For the pigeon, we ordered coz it’s on promotion🤣 they had done a good job of keeping the juiciness of the meat and the sauce staying under the skin.
