Taiwanese potstickers

This place serves pretty good Taiwanese-style potstickers. I haven't seen this anywhere in HK and crave this once in a while living in HK. The potstickers are about 60-70% close to what you get in Taiwan. The one thing that the HK branch serves that they dont in Taiwan is beef noodle. The beef noodles are taiwanese style and "hong shao". Meaning it is a red soup base and richer in flavor than then clear soup version in HK. Overall, this is pretty good simple taiwanese food compared to the standa
