Deciding to take a break, I went to Passion. It was not crowded on weekday. Before ordering cakes and desserts, there is an urgent need to fulfill my empty stomach with something hot. Eventually, I chose Salmon Quiche as I was told that the salmon quiche tastes very good. owever, I guess my expectation was too high, that’s why I was disappointed about the quality of the egg. Eventually, I chose Salmon Quiche as I was told that the salmon quiche tastes very good. owever, I guess my expectation was too high, that’s why I was disappointed about the quality of the egg. The Salmon Quiche I was served did not contain much salmon. Also, the bottom of the tart is over baked, part of it was in black color, which totally affects the quality of the food. Overall, the tart was crispy and the egg are smooth, I don’t even feel like I was eating egg product. For drinks, I ordered Hot Chocolate this time as coffee was not that appealing last time. The Hot Chocolate was indeed in high quality. It was so rich and smelt good, and of course it tasted good!
I was already full after eating Salmon Quiche, but I still decided to order some appealing desserts. They were just amazing and attractive that you can't think of any reasons to resist. Desiring to choose something light, I picked Coffee and Raspberry Macarons. Macarons were excellent, the surface was a bit crispy and the overall texture was wonderful.
