Intrigued with these taro noodles I decided to give them a try, it wasn't starchy as anticipated but they had a normal pasta texture.The only complaint would be the portion size because it is really too small that I would need three boxes to fill me up.I was really impressed with the noodles because they were not clumped together as most chilled noodles are.The black soy milk mayonnaise gave it a nice creamy flavour without being too sickly.I was expecting the chicken to be dry slices of chicken

I was expecting the chicken to be dry slices of chicken breast but it was totally soft and tender.To be honest, I think it is processed chicken like chicken ham or the stuff you get in chicken nuggets because the texture looks reprocessed.
