taste good but poor service

Curry is a fast-food, but not like MacDonald. Curry have to be seated and eat. At this restaurant, kitchen is serving foods at their own pace and don't care occupancy of tables. So when I received the foods, there are no seat available for me and have to wait for few minutes. Hot food becomes cold, and had a very bad impression to this restaurant. Need a kind of floor manager to manage timing of serving food and occupancy of tables.
