As a Hongkonger who stay in Singapore for more than 15 years and often go to Malaysia for food. I will say this Malaysian style of Bak Kut Teh is better than most of the “famous” shop in Malaysia.I went here before like a year ago. The lady boss told me that they changed the recipe of their bak kut teh which make it taste better with more healthy ingredients (Chinese herbal). I can tell the “heart” of the food from the first sip of the bak kut teh soup.

For laksa, personally I love Singapore style of laksa more (with more coconut milk taste) but their laksa is more fresh and light soup base which you can drink finish the soup easily.
