As there're many positive comments abt the BBQ here, so we decided to give it a try in the late  afternoon. There was a 15 mins wait before getting in. We ordered 烧肉叉烧饭，烧鹅叉烧饭 & 冰镇鸳鸯。 The 烧肉 is crispy although it's not so warm. the 叉烧 is just alright, not too fat or too lean. 烧鹅 is so so. My favourite is still the 冰镇鸳鸯. The flavour is strong & concentrated. As it melted slowly in the hot weather, it's still tasted cold without its taste been diluted by the ice. Great job on the 冰镇鸳鸯!
