came here with my boyfriend for dinner not actually knowing what the cuisine was, just that we live nearby and had walked by several times. there are only 3 tables with 1 Bbq at each so there is limited seated but it was empty when we arrived. We ordered the salted beef, spicy short ribs, garlic beef cubes and sliced pork. Portions are ~$90 each and an alright size for just the 2 of us but would be much too small if more than 2 people. The salted beef tasted like plain, unseasoned beef which isn't very exciting. The sliced pork was very easy to overcook and became very chewy, the taste was alright, also quite plain. Our favorite was the spicy short ribs for sure. The meat is marinated in the spicy sauce which gave it a lot of flavor. The garlic beef cubes were good but you better make sure you like garlic because it is basically beef cubes with a lot of garlic paste on top.
Service was prompt and friendly (for HK standards haha) but I'd expect as much given that there wasn't anyone else in the restaurant.
Dinner cost us just under $600 and we didn't order any drinks.
