Ziafat means feast in Arabic. I miss traveling to the Middle East and luckily I found this restaurant in the center of TST. It is like a family casual restaurant and the friendly owner is from Egypt, so you would find some photos of the ancient tombs of the Pharaoh.I really miss the falafel, a snack that I tried in Jordan and I missed it so much. The one here has a thick and crispy crust and inside it is so soft and smooth. It is best to have it after it is freshly made. I also tried the chicken

I really miss the falafel, a snack that I tried in Jordan and I missed it so much. The one here has a thick and crispy crust and inside it is so soft and smooth. It is best to have it after it is freshly made.

I also tried the chicken briyani. The basmati rice has a good mix of spices and I could smell the fragrance right away. The chicken was juicy and tender.

There are many food choices on the menu for my next time, i will love to try the lentil soup, kabsa rice and kebab. Of course, they serve Arabian tea and coffee but I can't have caffeine at night.
