I have eaten this brand of restaurant in Japan many times and this is the first time I tried in Hong Kong yesterday. I was delighted the receptionist boy who named start with "M" that I only remembered was really nice and patient, also he spoke in fluent English and a bit daily Japanese for introduce the menu to me that was so surprised.The beef and food was delicious as same as I used to eat in Japan. Only one thing that I've disappointed was most of the waiter or even the man in suit I didn't

The beef and food was delicious as same as I used to eat in Japan. Only one thing that I've disappointed was most of the waiter or even the man in suit I didn't know if he was manager or not, those servicers inside the restaurant seems very unfamiliar to speak English or just basic Japanese.
