I had this matcha bun for breakfast this morning!The matcha flavour of the dough is quite mild actually. As a matcha fan, I’d hope it to be richer.But the filling of the bun is delicious! It’s mochi with mashed red beans, which absolutely can’t go wrong with matcha right?
