Went to PMQ for some desserts ~Fig with Hojicha Millefeuille - highly recommended!The millefeuille looks elegant, it’s made by puff pastry with custard filling, fresh figs and a layer of hojicha paste. The puff pastry is buttery and flaky, it made a good combination with the fresh figs and custard cream.I seldom have desserts with custard filling as they’re usually too sweet for me, but this millefeuille is definitely an exception, the sweetness is just moderate!
