The experience was totally unexpectable! From when I order until I get my food! I don't think I will ever eat there anymore!!! The store wasn't busy at all when I arrived. There were two servers working at that time - one male and one female.I waited at the cashier for around 10 minutes before the female took my order. The male saw me waiting ever since I walked over and he did nothing about it! He didn't even say a hi nor asked if I needed any help until the female turned around and saw me. YOU

I waited at the cashier for around 10 minutes before the female took my order. The male saw me waiting ever since I walked over and he did nothing about it! He didn't even say a hi nor asked if I needed any help until the female turned around and saw me. YOU thought the female was nice!?! NO WAY!!! She has no smile on her, and her attitude was really bad!!! It was as if I added more workload for her!!! YOU thought that was it!?! NO WAY!!! I took a seat at the table while waiting and I saw a waffle ready after 10 minutes but I was unsure if it was mine. I couldn't hear the male nor the female server calling any numbers. After another 5 minutes, I suspected it was my waffle so I walked over to asked and I also showed them my receipt. The male has no clue whose order it was so I had to wait for the female again but she was busy fixing someone else' order. So there went another 2-3 minute. After they finally confirmed it was my order, I figured there were no utensils at the self-serve utensil stand. Therefore, I walk over and asked the male server. NOW HERE COMES THE RIDICULOUS ATTITUDE!!! Since they ran out, they had to open the cupboard underneath. Somehow they were out of knife over there so they had to go through some boxes that were lying around on the other side on the floor! It isn't my problem that you ran out of utensils. The male got really annoyed and gave me this look while he was opening the boxes!
To be honest, with that kind of attitude, your customers will go away very soon!!! Although it is just a dessert and snack stand, you are still providing customer service. There are many choices in Festival Walk and no customer would like to be treated this way! Your waffle isn't that tasty to be honest and even if it was I will not pay for this kind of service anymore!!!
题外话/补充资料：
The tables were dirty with stain. The garbage bin was full. There were finished dishes and trays either on the table or at the utensil stand. It was just a disaster!
