As i have a sudden craving for Teochew food and i knew that there is one at my office nearby, I decided to go there to have lunch today. 凯富菜馆 was located at King's road, just opposite Quarry Bay MTR.Besides selling their signature braised goose and pork knuckle, they offered rice or noodles lunch set.Iced lemon tea was sweet and clear, with strong lemon tea taste. Teochew style braised goose rice - The meat was smooth and juicy, absorbing the essence of the sauce. Goose was tender too.
