Located inside Sheraton hotel, this is a pretty decent Teppanyaki place that you would find in the Kowloon side of Hong Kong. It's not say, amazing, but it's pretty decent compared to the ones in say, Island Shangrila or Four Seasons.Food: 4/5The food quality is great, but you get what you pay for, an average of $1500 per set of teppanyaki but you can get even more expensive ones with A5 Wagyu beef. The food quality is great, but you get what you pay for, an average of $1500 per set of teppanyaki but you can get even more expensive ones with A5 Wagyu beef. They have a variety of different beefs such as U.S. prime or Australian wagyu, but of course that's nothing compared to A5 Japanese ones. The chefs all make the teppanyaki very nicely, I absolutely love the thin cuts of wagyu wrapped around chopped up spring onions and garlic, definitely worth a try.
Service: 4/5
Service is pretty good, which is not surprising considering that its at a hotel. One of the waiters is very amusing and was very nice to tell us which sashimi and ingredients were off season, definitely a bonus.
Overall it's a pretty decent restaurant if you're craving teppanyaki and don't want to cross the harbour. Make sure you're prepared to pay the price for the quality you get though!
