Hi all,I just tried this restaurant today with my friend who is visiting from New York. I've heard a lot of good reviews about this place and was excited to take my friend there. Shockingly, the service was Terrible. They took our order at 11:30 am (we arrived on time for our reservation) and did not tell us that the kitchen doesn't open until 12pm. I just tried this restaurant today with my friend who is visiting from New York. I've heard a lot of good reviews about this place and was excited to take my friend there. Shockingly, the service was Terrible. They took our order at 11:30 am (we arrived on time for our reservation) and did not tell us that the kitchen doesn't open until 12pm. During our hour wait, they gave us bad attitudes when we asked about our food, only saying "okay okay okay" hastily in Cantonese. We only ordered three dishes. Then when the bill came we said we don't believe they deserve the service charge that was automatically added. They waitress started cursing at us, with vulgar and disrespectful language. She said it was our fault we lacked common knowledge about their kitchen schedule (note they took our reservation time on the phone), then threatened to call the police if we didn't pay. We finally reasoned with the owner who eventually took off the service charge. However, the overall experience was so unprofessional and terrible I would never go back.
