My colleagues recommended this restaurant for my birthday dinner, said they have good wine (at very reasonable price) and decent food. Decided to check this out, among a couple other restaurants, before my birthday. Went there for lunch with another colleague. Few minutes after we sat down - BLAH - recognized one of the waitresses, and knew this was a restaurant I blacklisted few months ago! Since we already ordered, we decided to give it a second chance.We each had a two-course set lunch. Food
We each had a two-course set lunch. Food was okay but service was terrible. I order a salad - waitress brought it to me, saw I was still eating the bread and said "eat this first". Then as my colleague was trying to put some pedder onto her soup, the same waitress rushed to our table, took the pepper dispenser from my colleague, and said "this is not how it work, don't put too much, it'll be really salty if you do". After she abused my colleague (verbally), she started at me again, and said "why aren't you eating the salad?" (in a rude tone).
Then I found human hair in the salad (!!!), waved the manager to our table, and told him. He just said "I'll change it for you" with NO APOLOGY. Few minutes later, the same manager came to my desk with a new plate of salad, put it in front of me WITHOUT A WORD.
As we were leaving, the manager ignored us in our face, didn't say goodbye didn't say anything!
In the few months that I didn't visit this restaurant, their service has not improved a bit. Well, at least this time I will remember their name and will never visit again! Unless you want to have a really bad dinning experience, don't go to this restaurant.
