I came for lunch with my 2 friends and ordered a Salmon Don. My friend's don came after 5 minutes. After 20 minutes my food was still not here. I asked about it and the server said that it was coming soon. I waited another 20 minutes and it was still not here so I asked again, and she said 10 minutes because they had to cook a new batch of rice. I thought of changing my order but nothing on the menu that didn't have rice appealed to me. At this point I am really upset, if she knew that the ric
I thought of changing my order but nothing on the menu that didn't have rice appealed to me. At this point I am really upset, if she knew that the rice needed to be cooked from scratch why didn't she tell me the first time I asked? And offer to possibly change my order? I
After another 20 minutes passed, I wanted to speak to the manager but apparently the manager was not in. I told a different server that if the food did not come right now I am taking my refund and leaving because its ridiculous that I have to wait 50 minutes for my lunch. My friends had already finished eating and had to wait for me.
Finally my mediocre rice bowl came. She offered me a free coffee stamp card. The service is unacceptable. Needless to say, other than the free coffee (which I get from a different branch) I will not be returning.
