We got to the Cafe at 12:30pm this afternoon and ordered 3 main dishes few minutes after we sat down but food took forever to arrive. When we ask the waiters and waitresses to check on our orders, we were told they were on its way.. (That's already 30 mins after we have ordered). My daughter was starving and after another ten minutes of waiting, I had a feeling that they just never put our orders through so I asked another waiter to see what was going on.. When we ask the waiters and waitresses to check on our orders, we were told they were on its way.. (That's already 30 mins after we have ordered). My daughter was starving and after another ten minutes of waiting, I had a feeling that they just never put our orders through so I asked another waiter to see what was going on.. I was told by this other waiter that our order wasn't put through at the first place and they only started cooking for us 30 mins after we ordered!! When I complained to the manager, they werent apologetic at all and gave us shitty face.! How terrible is that? Food took over 45 mins to arrive and they didn't even taste good.. Really really disappointed overall and am never going back...
