Terrible service

I came on a weekday afternoon around 3pm. Wanted to order my hotdog bunless but was rejected even after I explained I could have asked for the whole hotdog and got rid of the bun myself because of my diet, but I just didn’t want to waste any food. She rudely rejected and didn’t give a reasonable explanation. I ended up ordering a side fries only and waited for over 45 mins…. Will never visit again and hope management will look into your operational issues and review your service standards. Thank
