I ordered my 2 drinks online as to save time, ordered and paid at 18:52 on 17Jun and was advised to pick up by 19:21, I intended to arrive late like 19:40, but shocked to see that they didn’t even prepare my order at all!!? I asked for it and complained it was totally delayed for 20min after waiting for 30min, they didn’t care.I asked for their manager on duty on 17Jun, a guy with curly perm hair, was terribly rude- ‘ well, it’s normal being delayed, we haven’t got enough manpower’, and he absol
I asked for their manager on duty on 17Jun, a guy with curly perm hair, was terribly rude- ‘ well, it’s normal being delayed, we haven’t got enough manpower’, and he absolutely didn’t feel bad about their poor service, telling me off by showing his angry face, kept saying it’s normal, asked me to look at their order board, told me off that it was normal to wait for an hour since I order b4 7pm and they didn’t give me the order until 8pm. Their attitude was absolutely unacceptable, didn’t feel wrong of it and only told me to wait, they had no solutions, and they only prepared their orders to their walk-in clients for minimum waiting time of 30min.
Horrible attitude from a ‘shop manager’ of timesquare branch and it absolutely changed my mind of being their frequent customer , anyone shouldn’t go to cwb branch for such poor service !!!
