DO NOT go to this restaurant! They cut down the portion to half and raised the prices on the menu.I went there for lunch with my mom for lunch the other day, ordered two set lunches. The soup is 20% full of the tiny small bowl, I thought it’s someone else’s leftover, only 3 pieces of kimchi, rice was half a bowl with my short ribs. I went there for lunch with my mom for lunch the other day, ordered two set lunches. The soup is 20% full of the tiny small bowl, I thought it’s someone else’s leftover, only 3 pieces of kimchi, rice was half a bowl with my short ribs. Short ribs taste was fine.
Even for a petite girl like me, it’s not enough, then the staff tried to scam me for the ice cream so they misrepresented to me that my set would include coffee or tea, so I told them I would not add ice cream until I decide later, when I got the bill, thé lady named Juna (she claimed she’s the manager) charged us both lunch sets the price with ice cream, so I told them we didn’t order the ice cream, juna said, the price is either ice cream or tea n we had tea.
Later on the way out I found out she lied to me and they did over charge us. so I asked to talk to her manager, this lady lee Chinese lady was rude n denied the staff misrepresented n refused to refund the extra charge they put on my bill!
It’s pathetic to lie to patrons had horrible attitude when caught! The owner should know about what happened!
