The most memorial food in Thailand will be this. Not becoz it's wonderful taste but the comfort it can bring to stomach after loads of alcohol. I still remember the crazy weekend spent in Bangkok and the food track selling pork knuckle always be my stop before back to hotel.Though it can go with different noodles, best friend of it must be rice definitely. As the sauce will not dilute by the noodle soup and the rice can balance the oily n sticky feeling of the knuckle.That's great choice for lun

Though it can go with different noodles, best friend of it must be rice definitely. As the sauce will not dilute by the noodle soup and the rice can balance the oily n sticky feeling of the knuckle.
That's great choice for lunch after riding the bike from Tai Wai. The pork knuckle is cooked enough to soften the meat and release collagen from the skin. Fat is favour and the skin goes so well with a spoon of rice.The only room to improve is the rice. A bit moist than Thai steam rice.
