Went to see Pedro Samper and had the Thai buffet at The Food Gallery at The Langham, Hong Kong which is on until the end of the month.$548/person (30% off with openrice coupon).This is the second time having buffet here and the choice is just as good as the first time I came.They had the regular wonderful variety of seafood, curry, cheese and freshly steamed fish but as they are doing the Thai theme, there was so much choices for Thai food.There were just so much choices but I had to order my fa

This is the second time having buffet here and the choice is just as good as the first time I came.
They had the regular wonderful variety of seafood, curry, cheese and freshly steamed fish but as they are doing the Thai theme, there was so much choices for Thai food.
There were just so much choices but I had to order my favourite steamed fish first from the counter and they did two styles Chinese spring onions with soy sauce and Thai herbs.
The Thai style steamed fish was different with a strong lemongrass taste.

Sashimi:
Fresh oysters:
More seafood but my favourite were Balman bugs because not many buffets offer them.
Soup and Chinese fare:
For dessert, I finished with a trio of different Movenpick icecreams, hazelnut was my favourite.
Lemon souffle:
During the evening, the waiters will come and ask you some quiz questions related to Thailand and if you get it correct, you can win a bottle of Thai wine.
