No joke this is one of the best pineapples buns (Bo Lo Yau) I’ve ever had! It’s freshly baked, so comes out still warm on the plate and super crunchy on the ‘pineapple’ top. Then you bite into it and inside the bun is so soft and fluffy it’s heavenly. None of the denseness like a lot of the pineapple buns out there. With a huge slab of butter in the middle, makes for the ultimate guilty pleasure snack.
