First of all, let me confess that I am not a great fan of dim sum and I seldom hang out with my family for "yum char" on Sundays and holidays... ... until I finally came to this place and now I really feel hooked ... ... their dim sum is really good ! We tried most of the famous things here: 脆皮叉烧包 (very nice, cripsy outside with sweet and juicy bbq pork fillings); 鲍汁炆鸡脚 (tender chicken legs immersed in a rich and tasty abalone sauce, yummy !); 棉花鸡 (this is the first time I have tried this item
All of the items were cooked on order and served steaming hot. Decor is neoclassical and conveys a relaxing feeling to the place. Service is attentive and efficient and we get frequent water refilling for our tea Price is admittedly not cheap but the meal is truly excellent in our opinion. This is how dim sum should be done !Will definitely come back for more.
