放工行咗去湾仔试呢间The Baker & The Bottleman,呢排见好多朋友食,人人都食truffle pudding with cheese,即刻同几个朋友嚟试吓。佢呢度几特别楼下系bakery中午都好多人嚟买pastry。楼上就系氛围感超高嘅餐厅,一嚟就叫咗Truffle pudding with stout and corra linn cheese,做法同味道好特别,佢系一层层牛角包酥皮做成,外脆内软绵,不过唔系好食到黑松露嘅味道,反而最顶铺嘅芝士碎味道更突出,刨得好够碎同埋绵🤤另外叫左Tartare of beef fillet on dripping hashbrowns,都系呢度signature之一,调味都几特别。Main分别叫咗鱼柳包同埋mushroom chicken,只可以话我觉得佢嘅前菜出色好多😆甜品最好食系Creme brulee 法式炖蛋,蛋滑得黎好creamy,表面嘅焦糖烧得啱啱好
