My boyfriend and I visited the Blue Bar for lunch on a Saturday. Their lunch hour is 12 to 2:30pm. We were escorted to a very beautiful seat just beside some ceiling windows and an artistic painting. The atmosphere was really nice with natural lightings in the café. The interior design is very chic and high-class, and most of the furniture is in blue, as well as for the staff uniforms. Main / hot dishes
- Charcoal roasted beef is a must-try dish in Blue Bar. The beef is medium-raw and very tender, in conjunction with the gravy, this dish is mouth-watering and you will surely want another piece.
- Parma ham with melon is a very popular dish to try. The parma ham is freshly-cut as the parma ham leg was displayed adjacent to the dish. The taste is a little salty, and melts in the mouth.
- Seared salmon sushi is another demanding dish. The half-seared salmon is nicely seasoned with a bit of pepper and tartar sauce. The salmon is soft and fatty enough to melt in your mouth. Yet, the sushi is a bit cold as it is seared for some while ago before customers take it from the buffet table.
- Cheese-baked broccoli is one of my favorites, surprisingly. The broccoli is very supple with light flavor of cheese. It is very delicious.

- Exquisite desserts with wide array of choices
- Macaroons come in more than 6 flavors, choices of pistachio, vanilla, strawberry, caramel, lemon, chocolate
- Vast range of chocolate choices, one being the signature “Four Seasons Chocolates”. They are all very sweet.
- Most favorite dessert- chocolate cheesecake. The chocolate fudge is very dense with a piece of white chocolate on top. The red tiny balls are surprisingly crispy and look cute. This dessert is very full-filling.
