Kane Tsuri has been on my list to eat for ages.There are now 5 branches and this is the newest branch on SHELL STREET which is near Fortrress Hill.The Menu:The chicken broth ramen is also recommended but I prefer the grilled unagi so I ordered the Grilled Unagi.At the moment, the other branches have a ramen offer on Openrice for HKD98.Started with the octopus salad which was quite appetizing.Here was my grilled unagi with rice.Each bite of the unagi was amazing, it was thick and meaty and most i

Started with the octopus salad which was quite appetizing.
Here was my grilled unagi with rice.
Each bite of the unagi was amazing, it was thick and meaty and most importantly without any bones.It was grilled to perfection glazed in their secret sauce.
On the side, there was broth that was cooked with liver and bone.
Finished with the matcha warabi which was a bit too sweet for my liking.
Overall, the unagi is a winner and definitely recommended.
