Came at 1:30 PM and it was surprisingly empty, probably because everyone just finished their lunch.Again, my favourite joint in Hong Kong has got to be Nagahama no.1. Their ramen can be customised to my own liking: meaning super hard noodles, a thick broth, and more spring onions please.Got the spicy miso ramen this time and it was amazing as always. The most important thing is to add the beansprouts to the soup so it gets that extra kick.
